Paris is a city with a wide choice of accommodation to suit all tastes and budgets. Whether you’re looking for a luxury hotel, a comfortable Airbnb or budget accommodation, you’ll find plenty of options for your stay during the Rugby World Cup.

Hotels

Paris boasts over 2,000 hotels, ranging from luxurious palaces to more affordable budget hotels. Here are a few districts to consider for your stay:

Le Marais: A historic district with many charming hotels, close to many tourist attractions.

Saint-Germain-des-Prés: Known for its literary cafés and art galleries, this is a good choice if you like a bohemian atmosphere.

Opera: A lively shopping district, close to department stores and with many mid-range hotels.

Eiffel Tower: If you want a view of the Eiffel Tower from your window, this is the neighborhood to be in. Prices can be high.

Bastille: A lively district with many bars and restaurants, offering more economical accommodation options.

Airbnb and vacation rentals

For those who prefer more independent accommodation, Paris has an abundant supply of vacation rentals and Airbnb. You can rent entire apartments or private rooms, depending on your budget and needs.

Youth hostels

If you’re on a tight budget, youth hostels are an excellent option. They offer shared dormitories and private rooms, and are often located in central neighborhoods. Some of the most popular hostels are Les Piaules, Generator Paris, and St Christopher’s Inn.

Camping

Although Paris is not a typical camping destination, there are a few campsites nearby, such as Camping de Paris, located in a wooded park to the west of the city. It offers pitches for tents and caravans, as well as wooden chalets for rent.

When choosing accommodation in Paris, take into account proximity to rugby stadiums, public transport and the attractions you wish to visit. Whatever type of accommodation you choose, you’re sure to find something to suit your needs in the City of Light.
